In 2004, an environmental education outreach program was created with Geneva Lake area libraries. The goal is to establish a specific area where resources on environmental issues will be available for display and use. Books, reports, videos, CD's and a computer with links to environmental web pages will be centered in one area dedicated to the environment. Environmental information will be available on the Geneva Lake area as well as on local, state, national and global issues. It is the Foundation's vision that a partnership with area libraries will provide students and their families with research project information, teachers with educational tools, and the general public with resources for staying abreast of environmental issues.
